The Lagos Life game is a free multiplayer life simulation set in a Nigerian city. You create a character, find a home and a job, earn virtual naira, pay rent, and keep needs such as hunger, energy and fun under control while sharing the map with other real players. It launched on 1 October 2026 and spread quickly through X and TikTok.

How the Lagos Life game works
Each week of play follows a loop: work your shifts, eat and rest, then make sure you can cover rent on Saturday. Your starting position, either Nepo or Lapo, is assigned once per account and changes how tight the first week feels. As you progress you can move between Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt, take courses, and visit places on the city map.
